Rise Again was born from the ashes of the equivalent of a musical Armageddon.  They quickly gained momentum upon their debut in Wichita Kansas because of their unique sound, and the ambience that they generate at their concerts. The audience spoke, and the buzz buzzed across the region, "This band is special". Rise Again, fuses the primal influenced thunderous tone of  V drums with rhythmic metal /modern rock guitar riffs. They then enhance the experience with haunting electric cello, industrial/EDM style synth, and punchy progressive bass. Last but not least, that voice… Bwana (the singer)  has obviously been influenced by historical clans and tribe style singing like Celtic, native, and middle eastern, but at the core it’s married seamlessly with the style of modern and hard rock. She has found a tried and true recipe for instant goose bumps that is all her own. Bwana is not your stereotypical rock front woman by any means, but she’s vocally muscled her way to the forefront and gained the respect of her peers. The band is also well known for their positivity and open arms mentality. By normalizing the discussion of mental health and suicide awareness, they’ve built a richly diverse, emotionally invested, and loyal fan base. They are extremely versatile, their demographics are evenly balanced and in touch with youth, adults, men, and women. Their fan-base includes lovers of acoustic songwriter, contemporary, modern rock, alternative rock, hard rock, and metal lovers alike. This has afforded them the opportunity to play the Proving Grounds Stage at Rocklahoma In 2019 , and in 2021 they joined the Tulsa Rock The Equinox Festival. OVER THE SPAN OF THEIR CAREER THEY HAVE OPENED FOR NATIONAL touring acts like Black Tide, Seasons After, Straight Line Stitch, Framing The Red, TROY, Saul, Smells Like Nirvana IN 2021, and  IN 2022 Black Stone Cherry, and direct support for Blacktop Mojo. From acoustic storytelling, to full-on mosh madness, Rise Again can satiate any audience.
